Michael Lee Davellis, 70 years old of Pleasant Prairie, WI, died February 21, surrounded by his family. Michael was born in Highland Park, IL, to John and Lillian (Johnston) Davellis. He grew up in Evanston, IL, and graduated from Libertyville High School. Throughout high school and after graduation, Michael worked at North Shore Distributors. He then worked for Olson Oil with his brothers Bill, Chris, and Tom. Michael also worked as the Fleet, Facilities and Sanitation Superintendent for the Village of Lake Bluff. Michael’s passion was traveling throughout the United States and Canada in his recreational vehicle. He explored many beautiful sites and natural resources with his family while meeting RV enthusiasts. Michael loved sharing his knowledge about this past time. He was dedicated to his friends and family and was always willing to help others and share his knowledge.

Michael was preceded in death by his parents, John and Lillian Davellis, his brother, Christopher Davellis, and niece Mary Davellis.

Michael is survived by his daughter, Emma Davellis, Janesville, WI. His brothers, George (Mary) Davellis, Spring Lake Heights, NJ; William (Anita) Davellis, Libertyville, IL; Thomas (Paula) Davellis, Trevor, WI; Peter (Jessica) Davellis, Crooked Lake, WI; and sister, Maria Davellis, Denver, CO. His nieces and nephews, Ellen, John, Tom, Kayla, Diana, Melissa, Cristina, Jocelyn, Jacob, Alexander, and Michaela.

Visitation will be at Northern Illinois Funeral Services, 31632 N Ellis Dr UNIT 209, Volo, IL 60073, Sunday, February 25, 2024, 12 – 2 pm with service from 2-3 pm.
