Katherine R. Smith Husko of Lindenhurst passed away peacefully on September 17, 2021 at Advocate Condell Medical Center.
She was born October 28, 1964 in Melrose Park to Eileen (nee O’Neill) Smith and Wayne Smith. She enjoyed reading books, watching movies and talking on the phone with all her friends and family. She will be missed by her children Wayne Husko (Jessica Hedrick), Nichole (David Gustafson), Stephan Husko and grandchildren Payton and Gavin She will also be missed by her sister Michelle Letarte and many nieces and nephews.
Katherine passed 10 days prior to her husband’s death (Paul Husko) on September 27, 2021.
Katherine’s wishes were to be cremated and will be laid to rest at 12:00pm Saturday October 16, 2021 at Windridge Memorial Park & Nature Sanctuary, 7014 S Rawson Bridge Road, Cary Illinois.
