James L. Watson

James was proudly born in Ludowici, Georgia on September 2nd, 1947.

James passed away at Hillcrest Nursing Facility in Round Lake. He was unable to be with his daughter and son in his final moments due to COVID-19, but he was with nurses and CNAs at Hillcrest who loved and cared for him until he couldn’t fight the virus any longer.

James loved his kids & grandkids, his dogs, Bonanza, the Georgia Bulldogs, the Chicago Bears and Elvis Presley. He also loved food with Italian beef sandwiches
and French fries being at the top of the list.

He had a love for nice cars and loved driving a truck over the road for over 40 years.

James is preceded in death by his wife Bernadene Michelle Navarre-Watson, his mother Hazel Swindell-Confair and his aunt and uncle Nell and John Navarre who
loved and helped raise him most of his life.

James had many brothers and sisters whom he loved:

Ronald Mobley

Donald Mobley (deceased)

Wanda McCarty

Richard Mobley

Lisa Bump

Loyd Kenneth Mobley (deceased)

James leaves behind his son James Bryan Watson, daughter Amber Brunati and son-in-law Jason, grandsons Jack Biagio Brunati & Robin Bryan Robert Watson and his grand-dog Milo Brunati.

James also leaves behind many nieces and nephews whom he adored. James had a very special place in his heart for Little Marc and Ryan.

Dad, you will be missed greatly, everyday. Love you more…
