Armando P. Minjares 84, of Cary, IL passed away on September 9, 2021. He was born on July 1, 1937, in Big Wells, Texas to Augustina and Juan Minjares. Mando always had a smile and a kind word for everyone he met.

He loved spending time with his 3 grandkids, being outdoors and working in the yard, listening to baseball games on his little transistor radio.

He was the head greens keeper at Rolling Green Country Club for 52 years and loved the serenity of being on a mower on the greens.

Armando is survived by his loving wife of 51 years Diana, beloved children; Cheryl (Brett) Pisha, Armando Minjares Jr., grandchildren; Hayden, Merrick Ford and Ryan Elizabeth Pisha and his loved pup Memphis.

A private family only visitation will be held on September 15, 2021 at Northern Illinois Funeral Services, Inc 31632 N. Ellis Drive, Volo, IL 60073 with a Celebration of Life Memorial to be held at a later date.
